Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Great Southern Riesling is a blend of the best parcels of Riesling sourced from vineyards across Western Australia's Great Southern region.

The fruit is hand harvested and gently destemmed. The free run juice is collected and given a long, cool fermentation with natural yeasts. The temperature is kept at 10-12°C throughout the process.

Straw yellow, Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Great Southern Riesling has tight knit acidity, chalky minerality and a long finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
